About Alignment CRM

Alignment CRM comes from real passion & experience—not just business, but life.

I’ve been to the chiropractor more times than I can count. Not casually—because I’ve put my body through it.

I grew up playing guitar and drawing.. a lot of head forward posture that I wasn't aware how much it affected me until I had to deal with posture.

All while growing up very active.

Snowboarding at a high level—540s with grabs, and a lot of hard landings and a few falls. Skateboarding—I’ve broken four boards in half. Four different martial arts—kung fu, tai chi, jiu-jitsu, muay thai—with real injuries along the way.

Broken ribs, broken noses, dislocated elbows.

But mostly, a head that when I woke up wouldn't turn left or right without excruciating pain

and a tear rolling down my check with frustration becasue it happened again.

I’m a 46’r in the Adirondacks. Not just hiking—serious hiking. 20-mile days with a pack, elevation and scrambles that require real work. Winter hikes where I had to turn around because conditions were that bad, only to have to repeat the hike 2-3 times to stay safe.

And then work on top of that—physical jobs, heavy lifting, training in commercial garage doors where I helped to with installs and carried doors track and springs off loading the truck and stocking parts warehouse orders so the guys had what they needed for our customers.

Over time, it caught up with me.

Flattened discs. Spinal concussions. Injuries that would put me in bed for days. Times I couldn’t turn my head, couldn’t drive, couldn’t get out of bed without help, couldn't be comfortable in bed with out ice and or Advil or Tylenol. Although I grew up with a health conscious life style.. my diet or hydration didn't always help.. and it wasn't until much later I learned to strengthen my core to avoid the constant preventable injuries.

And more than once, in-fact probably close to 50 times... Chiropractic care is what got me back on my feet.

That’s where this really starts.

Over time, I had to learn how to take care of myself—core strengthening, posture and breathwork, inversion table, diet and meditation routines. I worked my way from needing adjustments just to function… to getting adjusted for maintenance and now, I'm here to give back to the Industry of Chiropractic Health and Wellness that has help me become the healthy person I am today.

But getting here was a battle.

Because of that, I have a real respect for this work—the art, the discipline, the medicine of chiropractic and wellness. I believe in it because I’ve lived it.

Along the way, some of my chiropractors became close friends. And I started to see something from the outside looking in—these were incredibly skilled people, helping others every day… but struggling with follow-up, missed leads, and trying to grow without burning themselves out.

That’s where my background comes in.

I owned a web design company from I went to school for coding and design, found myself running a large companies Marketing right out of college, then adding their sales manager responsibilities.

I saw the Endless spending my company did to try and market and adpt to what our vendors recommended.

In 2006–2011 I opened a web design company and started figuring out how importnat SEO and PPC we're, and that was before social media was... remember myspace?

So, I've been in marketing and sales for over 20 years and I got really good at it.

I’ve built systems for businesses, trained teams, and understand what it takes to turn attention into real, consistent growth.

Life also pushed me into a position where I needed to build something that worked for my schedule as a single parent with full custody—so

..this company helps me provide and be there for my kid.

So I put the pieces together.

I built a system to help me and help you.

I believe in helping people with this one life we have.
